Pineapple flower cupcakes

Dried Pineapple makes an excellent flower cupcake topper.

Dry thin slices of fresh pineapple in the oven. 350 for 15-20 min. Watch edges. Use a muffin tin to mold into flower shape and complete drying in oven if needed.

I used white cake and cool whip then stuck the flower on top.
Spring has sprung!!

Lemon Jello Shots

The idea via Pinterest, the party: a casual going away shindig. The living in HK problem? No lemons at the store and no lemon flavored jello.

The result: organic (huge) Meyer lemons and pineapple jello. It worked.
1. Cut a lemon in half
2. Scoop out pulp, but be gentle not to dig too deep and make holes in the shell.
3. Place lemon shells in a muffin pan to keep them sturdy and still.
4. Make jello. Instead of cold water add vodka. (use half cold water half vodka if you want or whatever you like!)
5. Pour jello into the lemon shells.
6. Refrigerate, let jello set.
7. Slice with Sharp knife.

Coconut Oil: Not just for cooking

Run and get this. It's an amazing beauty product. Skin soaks it up without a greasy feeling or wax feeling. The smell is amazing. It does not clog pores. It's all natural and organic.

I use it as a make-up remover. On my toes and fingers, my prego belly, elbows too! It's even great to add to bath water or use as a hair treatment. Massages, on baby etc.
PS-you can cook with it too. Just get a separate jar for the kitchen..:)
