It was such a fun atmosphere!! Party in the streets, music, dancing, families together, tons of food, street venders, beautiful weather and people in a good mood.
There's pirate caves out there! Real ones.
Fresh seafood? You betcha. Pick it then cook it then serve it!

Mamma Roux got a new hat.
Baby Roux was filthy and exhausted. (look at that mouth!) He slept all the way home and through the night. His bath was the first thing we did the next day. But nothing will wash away our memories of such a fun day.
