Cookie Monster Cupcakes

These cookie monster cupcakes were a BIG hit at a recent two year old birthday party. Store bought, but easy to do at home, with the right tools.











A mini chocolate chip cookie is the mouth, white chocolate button eyes with black icing pupils and blue fur icing. (Inside: chocolate cake.)

Keep wipes on hand while children enjoy, these are Messy!!



Use a multi-open tip for fur effect
and over fill cupcake to ensure a big round top for the head. Buttercream works best, but remember, don't let the cupcakes sit outside too long or they will melt.
