Sweet Tooth at LGB

We indulged... Pistachio and salted caramel macaroons. Is this Paris or Hong Kong? Another plus to living abroad.







LGB was the pioneer in Hong Kong in introducing to the city the delightful Parisian Macaron. These delicate pastries, famous in Paris since the early 1900's, are unique in their delicate texture, beautiful colors and form, and exquisite flavors, making them the perfect treat to enjoy with a cup of tea, or hot chocolate. LGB presents an unprecedented collection of over a dozen distinctive flavors such as "Rose", "Bitter Chocolate", and "Coffee with Salted Caramel". Due to the special knowledge required in creating this fragile pastry, the authentic Parisian Macaron has not previously been available outside of Paris, New York and Tokyo until now.
