Foot Massages
One of my favorite things to indulge in is a Hong Kong Foot Massage. Happy Foot is my preferred spot and some friends and I took our mothers there last week for some r and r. Very nice day for all of us mothers and daughters! Merry Christmas to us!

Gingerbread House
It's a tradition that we decorate a gingerbread house each year at Christmas. Last year I bought one at Wal-Mart for $15. Today, I bought one (pre made with candy) for $25 usd. To me it is worth it! I had considered making my own gingerbread but then I woke up.
I am so pleased to be able to carry on and start traditions in my family.
Building gingerbread houses is a fond memory from my childhood and beyond. Now, Hoyer will learn, enjoy and sneak a few bits of cheeky candy along the way to memory lane.

US Christmas Trees in HK
In a huge contrast to our 6 foot Wal-Mart tree from last Christmas...costing a whopping $15 USD... This is our Hong Kong tree, imported from Oregon and delivered for 6 times that amount...but it smells like Christmas and is such a joy for us all.
It has white lights, for which I had to travel to 3 different markets and pay top dollar ($15 USD per 100 lights...)
Any at price, it's nice to have a real tree for the holidays. Right?
